Propuesta de diseño e implementación de un sistema integrado de gestión en seguridad, salud ocupacional y cuidado del medio ambiente, bajo los requisitos de la norma OHSAS 18001:2007 e ISO 14001: 2004, para mejorar el desempeño en seguridad, salud ocupacional y ambiental de la empresa Servicios Generales F&C Nikolls S.R.L.

Abstract

RESUMEN En el mundo de hoy, existe un crecimiento masivo de empresas que cada día van luchando por sobrevivir, ya que la competencia es grande, pero para poder ser competitiva con las demás debe contar con todos los requisitos de ser una buena empresa, para ello debe contar con un sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud ocupacional, que permita el control de la seguridad de sus procesos y la protección de la salud de sus trabajadores, y a la vez formando valores respecto al cuidado del medio ambiente que hoy en día es un ente primordial que tanto se lucha por ello. Servicios Generales F&C Nikolls S.R.L. en cumplimiento de la legislación y las normas técnicas peruanas está comprometida en proteger el medio ambiente, la integridad física, la salud y el bienestar de todas las personas que desarrollen trabajos al interior de su organización. El presente trabajo que planteamos tiene por objeto la propuesta de Diseño e Implementación de un Sistema de Gestión en Seguridad, Salud Ocupacional y cuidado del medio ambiente bajo los requisitos de la norma OHSAS 18001 e ISO 14001: 2004 en la empresa de Servicios Generales F&C Nikolls S.R.L., para lo cual se presenta una investigación bibliográfica de los sistemas de gestión de seguridad y salud ocupacional actualmente usados a nivel nacional e internacional. Para ello en los dos primeros capítulos se presentan los fundamentos teóricos, además se describe todo el proceso de implementación, teniendo en cuenta la terminología, criterios y operaciones que se tiene en este proceso. En el tercer capítulo se presenta toda la metodología relevante a la empresa que nosotros escogimos para poder relaizar el trabajo, dando a conocer su conformación y procesos para planificar el diseño y la implementación de la misma. En el cuarto capítulo se define la propuesta de implementación y se diseña el sistema de gestión bajo las normas OHSAS 18001: 2007 e ISO 14001: 2004, realizando un enfoque especial al manejo de residuos sólidos en la empresa; dado ello se desarrollará la integración del sistema de gestión de salud ocupacional y medio ambiente, con el fin de reducir incidentes y facilitar el mejor manejo del medio ambiente. En el caítulo 5 se explican los resultados a realizarse para corroborar el logro de objetivos en el diseño e implementación del sistema integrado propuesto. Al final en el capítulo VI se presentan algunas conclusiones y recomendaciones.

ABSTRACT In the world today, there is a massive growth of companies that every day are struggling to survive, because the competition is great, but to be competitive with the other must have all the requirements to be a good company, to do this you must have a system for the management of occupational health and safety, which allows the control of the security of their processes and the protection of the health of their workers, and at the same time forming values regarding the care of the environment that today is an entity essential that both are fighting for it. General Services F&C Nikolls S.R.L. in compliance with the legislation and technical standards in Peru is committed to protecting the environment, physical integrity, health and welfare of all the people who develop work inside your organization. The present work that we aims at the proposal of the design and implementation of a management system in safety, occupational health and care of the environment under the requirements of the OHSAS 18001 standard and ISO 14001: 2004 in the company of General Services F&C Nikolls S.R.L., for which presents a bibliographic research of the occupational health and safety management systems currently used at the national and international level. To do this in the first two chapters present the theoretical foundations, it also describes the entire deployment process, taking into account the terminology, criteria and operations that you have in this process. In the third chapter presents the entire methodology relevant to the company that we chose to be able to complete the work, by publicizing its formation and processes for planning the design and the implementation of the same. In the fourth chapter defines the proposal for implementation and design the management system under the rules OHSAS 18001: 2007 and ISO 14001: 2004, making a special approach to the management of solid waste in the company; given that it will be the integration of the system of managing occupational health and environment, with the aim of reducing incidents and facilitate better management of the environment. In the chapter 5 explains the results to be carried out to corroborate the achievement of objectives in the design and implementation of the integrated system proposed. At the end in the Chapter VI presents some conclusions and recommendations.
