La influencia de las barreras no arancelarias impuestas por la Unión Europea sobre las exportaciones de productos agroalimentarios frescos de la región La Libertad, 2014-2015

Abstract

RESUMEN La presente investigación tiene como objetivo determinar la influencia de las barreras no arancelarias impuestas por la Unión Europea sobre las exportaciones de productos agroalimentarios frescos de la Región La Libertad, periodo 2014-2015.

Este tema surgió debido a que las empresas exportadoras han tenido que verse en la necesidad de cumplir con las exigencias del mercado europeo en aspectos específicos como normas de origen, certificaciones sanitarias y fitosanitarios, regulaciones de acceso en el etiquetado, embalaje, límites máximos de residuos de plaguicidas, normas técnicas para que el producto exportado no sea rechazado por el mercado europeo.

Por ello, se utilizó entrevistas realizadas a los especialistas con el fin de recolectar la información adecuada para analizar realmente cuales están siendo los efectos y/o comportamiento de dichas barreras no arancelarias que impone la Unión Europea no solo en nuestra Región sino también en nuestro país.

Luego de realizar los instrumentos adecuados, se llegó a la conclusión de que las barreras no arancelarias impuestas por la Unión Europea influyen significativamente en las exportaciones de productos agroalimentarios frescos de la Región La Libertad en los dos últimos años, confirmándose la hipótesis establecida.

ABSTRACT The present investigation has as an objective to determine the influence of non-tariff barriers imposed by the European Union on exports of products agro-food frescoes of the Region the Freedom, period 2014-2015.

This issue arose due to the exporting companies have had to be seen in the need to comply with the requirements of the European market in specific aspects such as rules of origin, sanitary and phytosanitary certifications, access regulations on the labelling, packaging, maximum residue limits for residues of pesticides, technical standards for the exported product is not rejected by the European market.

It is therefore used interviews with specialists in order to collect the appropriate information to actually analyze which are being the effects and/or behavior of these nontariff

barriers imposed by the European Union is not only in our region but also in our country.

After performing the appropriate instruments, came to the conclusion that non-tariff barriers imposed by the European Union significantly influence the exports of products agro-food frescoes of the La Libertad Region in the past two years, confirming the hypothesis established.
