Implementación de un sistema de control de inventarios y su incidencia en la situación económica de la empresa Estación de Servicios Chimú SRL, Trujillo, 2016

Abstract

RESUMEN La presente investigación resulta a partir de una problemática constante que tiene la Estación de Servicios Chimú SRL, que es el sincerar el control de sus inventarios y tener un correcto cálculo el costo y gasto de ventas para que puedan tener una mejora sostenible de su situación económica. El problema pasa al no tener un personal responsable del control del stock de combustible, se lleva un registro de las entradas y salidas de combustible pero no es un reporte en el cual se pueda analizar en cantidad e importes el inventarios de los productos de combustible que tiene la empresa, de esa manera existieron problemas identificados con la pérdida de ingresos por desabastecimiento, incremento del costo por comprar de urgencia a otros proveedores y el consumo del combustible comercial por los vehículos propios de la empresa. De la misma manera se determinó el cálculo desfasado del porcentaje de merma de acuerdo al informe técnico que viene siendo el mismo hace algunos periodos, sin embargo no se actualizado una data estadística que permita obtener el nuevo coeficiente, puesto que se han mejorado las máquinas y capacitado al personal actualmente. Para esto se diseñó un sistema de inventarios, que es un kardex valorizado que llevará el control de cada tipo de combustible en cantidad y en importe en soles, el cual estará afecto al método promedio, teniendo en cuenta el rubro de la empresa y las incursiones de compra y venta semanal que tiene la organización; de esa manera, a través del registro de las entradas y salidas de combustible y efectivo, desde el vendedor ya se estaría canalizando la actualización en minuto en un archivo en Excel en donde se tendrá en kardex, mediante un archivo compartido que día a día se realizará el cierre y control no solo real de combustible y soles, sino también de los documentos que será lo que constatará los encargados de la Contabilidad. Definitivamente es una mejora que se podrá visualizar no solo en indicadores de rentabilidad, ya que no se perderán más ingresos, se ajustará el costo de ventas y disminuirá el gasto de ventas, sino que los procesos serán más eficientes, puesto que se crearon políticas con responsabilidades para llevar el control del combustible tanto en la parte operativa como administrativa.
