Mejora en el flujo operativo del proceso de logística de entrada, para reducir las pérdidas económicas en el almacén de un operador logístico, La Victoria año 2018

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación se desarrolla en el almacén de la empresa de un operador logístico, el cual tiene como objetivo mejorar el flujo operativo del área de logística de entrada con la finalidad de reducir las pérdidas económicas que han sido evidenciadas en los dos últimos periodos anuales. Para alcanzar este objetivo es necesario realizar un análisis profundo del proceso actual, con la finalidad de detectar aquellas causas representativas que provocan este resultado de impacto negativo a la gestión administrativa de la unidad de negocio, sólo así (teniendo clara la realidad en la que nos encontramos), se podrá evaluar alternativas de solución y aplicando las herramientas de la ingeniería se propondrá un cambio en el flujo operativo, un cambio que involucre el reordenamiento de las zonas de almacenamiento, modificaciones en el procedimiento establecido para las actividades operativas, utilización de apoyo tecnológico en las actividades de recepción, inventarios, almacenamiento y picking. Esto nos ayudará a cumplir de una manera más eficiente y eficaz las atenciones por pedidos de movimiento (PDM), el correcto direccionamiento a los localizadores del almacén, la correcta asignación de SKU a los diversos productos y la realización de un correcto y confiable inventario anual, Con la finalidad de mitigar aquella pérdida económica por coste operativo y brindar un mejor servicio posicionado en un inicio dentro de los límites establecidos en el acuerdo de nivel de servicio (ANS), pactado por el contratante y el contratado, traduciéndose esto en satisfacción y fidelización del cliente.

This research work is developed in the warehouse of the company SCM Logistics, which aims to improve the operational flow of the input logistics area in order to reduce the economic losses that have been evidenced in the last two annual periods. To achieve this goal is necessary to carry out an in-depth analysis of the current process, with the purpose of detecting those representative causes that cause this result of negative impact on the administrative management of the business unit, only this way (having the reality in which we are), it will be possible to evaluate solution alternatives and applying the engineering tools a change in the operational flow will be proposed, a change that involves the rearrangement of the storage areas, modifications in the procedure established for the operational activities, use of technological support in the activities of reception, inventory, storage and picking. This will help us to meet in a more efficient and effective way the attention for orders of movement (PDM), the correct address to the locators of the warehouse, the correct allocation of SKU to the various products and the realization of a correct and reliable annual inventory , In order to mitigate that economic loss by operating cost and provide a better service initially positioned within the limits established in the service level agreement (SLA), agreed by the contractor and contracted, translating this into satisfaction and customer loyalty.
