Aplicación de las herramientas lean manufacturing para mejorar la productividad del área de almacén en la empresa KVC Contratistas S.A.C. en la ciudad de Trujillo, 2019

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como finalidad aplicar las herramientas del Lean Manufacturing para mejorar la productividad del área de almacén de la empresa KVC Contratistas SAC, Trujillo 2019. El estudio se realizó bajo un enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo aplicativo con diseño de investigación pre-experimental, dado que se midió la productividad antes y en un después de aplicar las herramientas de las 5’S y el Mapa Flujo de Valor (VSM). La muestra que se utilizó para el pre-test y post-test fueron los pedidos del área de producción de 30 días laborables en el almacén de la obra Urb. Santa Clara de la empresa en estudio. Para lo cual se aplicó como instrumentos de recolección de datos la entrevista directa, matriz de priorización de causas, observación directa mediante auditoría y registro documental. Obteniendo como resultado luego de aplicar las herramientas de Lean Manufacturing, se obtuvo como resultado que el índice de productividad del área de almacén había aumentado de 35.64% a 75.32%, siendo una diferencia positiva de 39.68% a comparación de la productividad inicial, de igual manera el indicador de eficacia del almacén incrementó de 75.82% a 91.6%, asimismo, el indicador de eficiencia del almacén incrementó de 46.91% a 82.08%.

The purpose of this research work is to apply the Lean Manufacturing tools to improve the productivity of the warehouse area of the company KVC Contractors SAC, Trujillo 2019. The study was carried out under a quantitative approach, of an application type with pre research design experimental, given that productivity was measured before and after applying the 5'S tools and the Value Flow Map (VSM). The sample that was used for the pre-test and post-test were the orders of the production area of 30 working days in the warehouse of the Urb. Santa Clara work of the company under study. Therefore, the direct interview, matrix of prioritization of causes, direct observation through audit and documentary record were applied as data collection instruments. Obtaining as a result after applying the Lean Manufacturing tools, it was obtained as a result that the productivity index of the warehouse area had increased from 35.64% to 75.32%, being a positive difference of 39.68% compared to the initial productivity, in the same way The warehouse efficiency indicator increased from 75.82% to 91.6%, and the warehouse efficiency indicator increased from 46.91% to 82.08%.
