Propuesta de implementación de una matriz IPER, basada en la Ley de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo (Nº29783), en el área de almacenes del Gobierno Regional La Libertad, 2017

Abstract

RESUMEN El presente estudio de tesis consiste en una “PROPUESTA DE IMPLEMENTACIÓN DE UNA MATRIZ IPER, BASADA EN LA LEY DE SEGURIDAD Y SALUD EN EL TRABAJO (N° 29783), EN EL AREA DE ALMACENES DEL GOBIERNO REGIONAL LA LIBERTAD, 2017”.

El Perú es un país en donde existen leyes que regulan las condiciones de trabajo y normas que detallan la manera en que las empresas, en cada área, deben asegurar la salud, seguridad y bienestar general de su fuerza de trabajo. Sin embargo, estas leyes y normas no siempre son cumplidas, ya sea por desconocimiento de los trabajadores o por irresponsabilidad de las instituciones.

Hoy en día, el bienestar general de los trabajadores está siendo considerado cada vez más importante y son las instituciones del estado las que deben dar el ejemplo. Es por esta razón que fuimos motivados a proponer la matriz IPER en el Gobierno Regional La Libertad.

En el presente estudio pudimos concluir que los trabajadores del área de almacén están expuestos a una gran variedad de riesgos, muchos de ellos potencialmente peligrosos; esta inseguridad en el área de trabajo crea una serie de riesgos que deben ser evaluados para poder disminuir y/o prever posibles accidentes, sobretodo porque estamos tratando con la salud y bienestar de personas y porque así lo requieren las leyes peruanas.

This thesis document has been made to analyze a "PROPOSAL FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF AN IPER MATRIX, BASED ON THE LAW OF WORK HEALTH AND SECURITY (N° 29783), IN THE AREA OF WAREHOUSES OF THE REGIONAL GOVERNMENT LA LIBERTAD, 2017".

Peru is a country in which there are laws to regulate work conditions and rules to detail the way in which institutions shall ensure health, security and welfare of their work force. These laws, however, aren’t always enforced, either for ignorance of the staff or irresponsibility of the institutions.

Nowadays, work environment and personnel welfare is being considered more important and it’s accurate to demand that estate institutions set an example. This is the main reason why we were motivated to implement the HIRA matrix in the Regional Government La Libertad,

In the present study, we concluded that the personnel of warehouse area is exposed to a large variety of risks, many of them potentially dangerous. This insecurity in the workplace causes risks that that can and should be prevent, above all because we are talking about people’s health and welfare and because Peruvian laws demand to do it.
