Implementación del flujo de caja como herramienta de gestión financiera para reducir el endeudamiento de la empresa Comaco Arizola E. I. R. L., Chepén, 2017

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación denominado “Implementación del flujo de caja como herramienta de gestión financiera para reducir el endeudamiento de la empresa Comaco Arizola EIRL, Chepén 2017”, se plantea a una empresa ferretera quien no cuenta con una herramienta de gestión financiera para controlar el manejo de efectivo, por ende existen deficiencias como el sobreendeudamiento y la mala gestión en la asignación de los recursos. Impulsado por este problema, se realizó un trabajo de investigación pre experimental con el que se plantea demostrar que con la implementación del flujo de caja reduce el nivel de endeudamiento de la empresa. La presente investigación, se introduce a la problemática de la entidad objeto de análisis y la formulación del problema, asimismo los objetivos que guiara el desarrollo de la investigación. Recolecta los antecedentes aplicados al tema de flujo de caja. De la misma forma, se introduce las bases teóricas y el marco conceptual fundamentales para forjar pilares que conlleve al correcto análisis del estudio. Se determina la metodología de la investigación, la que inicia con una Operacionalización de las variables en la que se define las variables independiente y dependiente, además del diseño de la investigación, la unidad de estudio, la muestra, las técnicas a utilizar y el procedimiento de análisis de datos. Se da inicio al desarrollo de la investigación, el cual comienza analizando la situación actual de la empresa desde el punto de vista económico – financiero y gestión interna. Posteriormente se procede a proyectar los elementos del flujo de caja: ingresos y egresos, para concluir con la proyección de los flujos de efectivo final de cada periodo comprendido desde agosto 2017 a agosto 2018. Finalmente, compara los resultados obtenidos en el desarrollo de la investigación con las conclusiones alcanzadas en los antecedentes, lo que permitió demostrar la hipótesis planteada. Al mismo tiempo, se realizó las conclusiones que se pudo diferir mediante los resultados obtenidos en la investigación. Se propone recomendaciones para solucionar la deficiencia definida al principio de la investigación, la misma que se basa en los mecanismos aplicados conjuntamente con la implementación del flujo de caja.

The present research work called "Implementation of cash flow as a tool of financial management to reduce the indebtedness of the company Comaco Arizola EIRL, Chepén 2017", is raised to a hardware company who does not have a financial management tool to control the handling of cash. Therefore, there are deficiencies such as over-indebtedness and poor management in the allocation of resources. Driven by this problem, the investigation was done in form of a pre-experimental research work which proposed to demonstrate that the implementation of cash flow reduces the level of indebtedness of the company. It is introduced to the problematic of the entity that is object of analysis with the formulation of the problem also the objectives that will guide the development of the investigation. Continue with the antecedents which subject is about the cash flow are collected. In the same way, it introduces the theoretical bases and the fundamental conceptual framework to forge pillars that lead to the correct analysis of the study. The methodology of the investigation is determined, which starts with an operationalization of the variables in which the independent and dependent variables are defined. In addition, is important to define the design of the investigation, the unit of study, the sample, the techniques to be used and the procedure of data analysis. The development of the investigation begins, which begins by analyzing the current situation of the company from the economic - financial and internal management point of view. Subsequently, the cash flow elements are projected by income and expenses to conclude with the projection of the final cash flows of each period from August 2017 to August 2018. Finally, the results obtained in the development of the research are compared with the conclusions reached in the background which allowed demonstrating the hypothesis. At the same time, the conclusions that could be deferred by the results obtained in during the investigation. The recommendations are proposed to solve the deficiency defined at the beginning of the investigation, which is based on the mechanisms applied in conjunction with the implementation of cash flow.
