I used a qualitative methodology with a descriptive correlational design, for which i used interviews with national and international experts, data analysis, surveys of drivers who use the mobile application as a daily sustenance, obtaining as a result the evident relationship between the lack of recognition of the employment link and drivers by application in the sharing economy since digital platforms are covered in the sharing economy in order to avoid the employment relationship because they act indirectly as an organizational mechanism dodging the signs of employment justified in drivers because they are considered as autonomous.
