Propuesta de centro cultural para el desarrollo del turismo sostenible en Ancón, 2022

Abstract

El desarrollo del turismo en el país continúa siendo un factor importante para el crecimiento de la economía y la sostenibilidad del mismo, presentando una tasa de crecimiento anual superior al promedio mundial. Ancón es un distrito con gran variedad de atractivos turísticos y culturales, que, con el paso de los años y el desinterés comunitario se encuentra en deterioro paulatino y constante; convirtiendo a Ancón en un distrito poco atractivo y turístico pese al gran potencial que presenta. Por ello, la presente tesis propone el diseño arquitectónico de un Centro Cultural en el distrito de Ancón, el cual nace luego de una profunda investigación basada en la metodología cualitativa y no experimental; en donde se determinan lineamientos de diseño arquitectónico en base al análisis de diversos casos arquitectónicos, antecedentes y fichas comparativas para la elección del terreno. Esta investigación tiene como objetivo principal determinar de qué manera el Centro Cultural en el distrito de Ancón influye en la promoción del desarrollo del turismo sostenible en el distrito mencionado. Por lo cual se enfoca en tres aspectos esenciales para dicho fin: potenciar los recursos medioambientales, revalorar la cultura autóctona e impulsar el desarrollo económico del lugar. Para lograr dichos objetivos se propone crear espacios de encuentro dentro del proyecto arquitectónico logrando la interacción de los visitantes con la comunidad y permitiendo a su vez, la revaloración turística-cultural de Ancón mediante la práctica constante de actividades de intercambio cultural.

The development of tourism in the country continues to be an important factor for the growth of the economy and its sustainability, presenting an annual growth rate higher than the world average. Ancon is a district with a great variety of tourist and cultural attractions, with the passing of the years and the lack of community interest, is gradually and constantly deteriorating; turning Ancon into an unattractive and tourist district despite the great potential it presents. For this reason, the present thesis proposes the architectural design of a Cultural Center in the district of Ancon, which is born after a deep investigation based on the qualitative methodology and not experimental; where architectural design guidelines are determined based on the analysis of various architectural cases, backgrounds and comparative for the choice of the terrain. The main objective of this research is to determine how the Cultural Center in the district of Ancon influences the promotion of sustainable tourism development in the aforementioned district. Therefore, it focuses on three essential aspects for this purpose: to boost environmental resources, to revalue indigenous culture and to promote the economic development of the place. There spaces linked to the natural environment are created to achieve a plan of integration with the community, allowing in turn the tourism-cultural revaluation of Ancon where locals or visitors can relate through the constant practice of cultural exchange activities.
