Relación del análisis de los estados financieros en la toma de decisiones de la empresa Gitano S.R.L. periodos 2014 y 2015

Abstract

RESUMEN La presente investigación consiste en un estudio descriptivo, no experimental, la unidad de estudio fueron los Estados Financieros de la Empresa de Transportes Gitano S.R.L., quienes nos proporcionaron de los años 2014 y 2015, la población será todas las empresas privadas del sector transportes que brinden el servicio de transporte de carga pesada, de la Ciudad de Trujillo. El objetivo de este estudio fue determinar el grado de incidencia del análisis de los estados financieros en la toma de decisiones, y para ello se utilizaron entrevistas, encuestas y una recopilación de documentos, el cual, se concluyó que la empresa no está tomando sus decisiones correctamente pues estas no están basadas en el Análisis de los estados financieros y lo que es más grave aún, no tienen conocimiento de cómo estas decisiones repercuten en la eficiencia de la Empresa. Es decir, en virtud a lo antes expuesto se concluyó que, la empresa en estudio no toma sus decisiones en base al Análisis de los Estados financieros. En ningún periodo bajo estudio, la empresa ha solicitado dicho análisis para verificar su situación económica real y con ello poder evaluar con eficiencia cada decisión que puedan tomar. En otras palabras, esta herramienta no es utilizada para el crecimiento de la empresa. Finalmente, lo que se recomendó fue evaluar las decisiones en base a un análisis realizado a sus estados financieros, la empresa debe solicitar sus Estados Financieros mensuales, con sus respectivos análisis, esto permitirá observar el real crecimiento de la empresa según la eficiencia de su toma de decisión, también solicitar asesoramiento adecuado de los profesionales del tema, en cada decisión tomada, se debe evaluar los pros y los contras, no solo a corto plazo, sino también a largo plazo, y así lograr un mayor rendimiento. El análisis de los estados financieros es una herramienta importante para cualquier empresa, por lo que en base a ello se debe orientar la toma de decisiones.

In other words, this tool is not used for the growth of the company. Finally, what was recommended was to evaluate the decisions based on an analysis made to their financial statements, the company must request their monthly financial statements, with their respective analyzes, this will allow to observe the real growth of the company according to the efficiency of its take Decision-making, also request appropriate advice from the professionals of the subject, in every decision taken, the pros and cons must be evaluated, not only in the short term but also in the long term, and thus achieve a higher return. The analysis of the financial statements is an important tool for any company, so based on this should guide the decision making.
