Aplicación de herramientas de mejora para reducir los costos en la entrega de mercaderia de la empresa P&g Industrial S.R.L.

Abstract

RESUMEN El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo aplicar las herramientas de mejora continua en el área de Distribución Física en la empresa P&G INDUSTRIAL S.R.L., para reducir los sobrecostos de la entrega de pedidos de productos a los clientes, cabe mencionar que el servicio de transporte es terciarizado y actualmente son catorce (14) las empresas quienes realizan la distribución de la mercadería a nivel nacional. En la primera etapa del trabajo de investigación, se identificó la situación actual en el área de Distribución Física en la empresa P&G INDUSTRIAL S.R.L., para así determinar cuáles son los costos y sobrecostos que origina la entrega de la mercancía al cliente. Por otro lado, se realizó un Diagrama de Ishikawa, logrando determinar que existen seis causales y que originan el efecto del sobrecosto: falso flete, cambio de unidad de transporte, carga con llegada tardía, carga incompleta, carga detenida y camiones de apoyo. Seguidamente, se logró determinar que existen sub causas, se analizaron y se realizó propuestas para reducir los sobrecostos que afectan en la empresa. Para determinar cuáles son las sobrecostos que se pueden reducir, se utilizó las herramientas de mejora. Finalmente, se desarrolló las propuestas de mejora, logrando reducir cada evento que genera sobrecosto en 78% del monto de sobrecoso anual. Asimismo, se analizó el costo beneficio de las propuestas de mejora para el área de Distribución Física. Palabras clave: Sobrecostos, transporte, mercadería, carga, demoras, flete.

ABSTRACT The present research work aims to apply the tools of continuous improvement in the area of Physical Distribution in the company P & G INDUSTRIAL SRL, to reduce the costs of the delivery of product orders to customers, it is worth mentioning that the transport service is And 14 companies currently carry out the distribution of merchandise at the national level. Subsequently, it was possible to determine that sub-causes exist, were analyzed and proposals were made to reduce the costs that affect the company. In order to determine which surcharges can be reduced, the improvement tools were used. Finally, the proposals for improvement were developed, managing to reduce each event that generates overheads in 78% of the amount of annual overheating.
