Influencia del concreto translúcido en el confort lumínico de un polideportivo vertical en La Esperanza, Trujillo

Abstract

RESUMEN Las instalaciones deportivas son equipamientos que reciben una gran afluencia de público, debido a que promueven actividades esenciales para el desarrollo de las condiciones físicas, sociales y culturales de los niños, jóvenes y ancianos. Por lo que la presente investigación propone el diseño arquitectónico de un polideportivo vertical en el distrito La Esperanza, con el objetivo de validar la hipótesis de la influencia del concreto translúcido en las condiciones de confort lumínico del polideportivo. La tesis está estructurada en cinco capítulos que permiten desarrollar el sustento de la investigación y la propuesta arquitectónica, dando a conocer de una manera descriptiva cómo las variables pueden condicionar el diseño del polideportivo. La aplicación de las variables se valida mediante referentes teóricos, así mismo se verifica mediante el análisis de casos que consideran las variables en mención, respecto al concreto translúcido, los referentes que permiten validar la aplicación son infraestructuras con condicione espaciales afines a las de un espacio deportivo. La investigación logra determinar las estrategias de captación, transmisión y distribución de luz del confort lumínico: elementos de captación, proporción de la ventana, característica de los materiales, forma de la ventana, característica de las superficies interiores; así mismo, el aporte lumínico que genera la aplicación del concreto translúcido considerando los criterios aplicativos: modulación, forma, continuidad y la elección adecuada de las propiedades lumínicas del material. La propuesta se plantea en el Sector Fraternidad del distrito La Esperanza, sobre un terreno que permite aprovechar las condiciones lumínicas durante el día en el acondicionamiento lumínico interior. En conclusión, la investigación determinó de qué manera el uso del concreto translúcido puede influir en el confort lumínico del polideportivo vertical.

ABSTRACT The sports facilities are facilities that receive a large influx of public, because they promote essential activities for the development of physical, social and cultural conditions of children, youth and the elderly. Therefore, the present research proposes the architectural design of a vertical sports center in the La Esperanza district, with the objective of validating the hypothesis of the influence of translucent concrete on the conditions of light comfort of the sports center. The thesis is structured in five chapters that allow to develop the sustenance of the research and the architectural proposal, making known in a descriptive way how the variables can condition the design of the sports center. The application of the variables is validated by theoretical referents, likewise verified by the analysis of cases that consider the variables in mention, with respect to the translucent concrete, the referents that allow to validate the application are infrastructures with spatial conditions related to those of a space sports. The investigation achieves to determine the strategies of capture, transmission and distribution of light of the light comfort: elements of catchment, proportion of the window, characteristic of the materials, form of the window, characteristic of the interior surfaces; likewise, the luminous contribution that the application of translucent concrete generates considering the applicative criteria: modulation, form, continuity and the appropriate choice of the luminous properties of the material. The proposal is made in the Fraternity Sector of the La Esperanza district, on a land that allows to take advantage of the lighting conditions during the day in the interior light conditioning. In conclusion, the research determined how the use of translucent concrete can influence the lighting comfort of the vertical sports center.
