Clima laboral y engagement laboral en trabajadores de una empresa del rubro de outsourcing del distrito de San Luis, 2018

Abstract

RESUMEN La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación entre el clima laboral y engagement en trabajadores de una empresa del rubro de outsourcing en el distrito de San Luis, 2018; esta investigación es de tipo no experimental, transversal y correlacional, aplicado a una población de 150 trabajadores, comprendidas por 51 mujeres equivalentes al 34% y 99 varones correspondientes al 66%; para la medición de las variables se realizó la aplicación de la Escala de Clima Laboral de Sonia Palma CL-SPC (2004) y la Escala de Utrecht Work Engagement Scale (UWES 15), ambas propiedades psicométricas fueron adaptadas al contexto de la población donde los resultados finales fueron que existe una relación baja y directa proporcional entre las variables mencionadas anteriormente, por lo cual se menciona que existe correlación entre ambas. Es decir ambas variables interactúan dependientemente de la otra en una baja escala, además evidencia la presencia de niveles correspondientes a las variables y sus porcentajes; en niveles altos y significativos como el clima laboral con un 14.0%, y el engagement con un 37.30%. ABSTRACT The purpose of this research was to determine the relationship between the work environment and the commitment in workers of an outsourcing company in the district of San Luis, 2018; This research is non-experimental, cross-sectional and correlational, applied to a population of 150 workers, comprising 51 women equivalent to 34% and 99 men corresponding to 66%; For the measurement of the variables, the application of the Sonia Palma CL-SPC Labor Climate Scale (2004) and the Utrecht Scale Labor Engagement Scale (UWES 15) were performed, both psychometric properties were adapted to the context of the population where the final results were that there is a low and direct proportional relationship between the variables mentioned above, so it is mentioned that there is a correlation between the two. In other words, both variables interact dependently on the other on a low scale, in addition to evidence the presence of levels corresponding to the variables and their percentages; at high and variable levels such as the work environment with 14.0%, and the commitment with 37.30%.
