Abstract

La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar el impacto de la propuesta de mejora en Gestión de Producción y Logística según teorías del SRM, CRM, MRP, sobre la rentabilidad de fábrica D’Cueros S.A.C. Trujillo, 2020. Se realizó una investigación del tipo cuantitativa – propositiva. El estudio determinó el uso de las herramientas: Ficha técnica, Estudio de tiempos, Kardex, Pronóstico de demanda, MRP, CRM y SRM. Asimismo, la investigación utilizó ProModel para modelar la situación actual de la empresa y después de la mejora. El diagrama de Pareto para el diagnóstico inicial en las áreas de producción y logística priorizó 3 causas raíz de 8, las cuales son, baja productividad, ventas pérdidas y productos no conformes, sin embargo, la propuesta es dio solución a todas. En los resultados se estimó un incremento de la rentabilidad de 28.58% a un 35.39%, con un aumento de S/257,578.71, es decir, un 23.84%. La evaluación económica y financiera determinó un VAN de S/23,054.86, el TIR de 46.28%, significando que la propuesta devuelve el capital invertido y es viable. Finalmente, el indicador Beneficio costo (B/C) fue de S/4.32.

The objective of this research was to determine the impact of the proposed improvement in Production and Logistics Management according to the theories of SRM, CRM, MRP, on the profitability of the D’Cueros S.A.C. factory. Trujillo, 2020. A quantitative - propositional research was carried out. The study determined the use of the tools: Technical Sheet, Time Study, Kardex, Demand Forecast, MRP, CRM and SRM. Also, the research used ProModel to model the company's current situation and after the improvement. The Pareto chart for the initial diagnosis in the production and logistics areas prioritized 3 root causes out of 8, which are low productivity, lost sales, and non-conforming products, however, the proposal is a solution to all. In the results, an increase in profitability was estimated from 28.58% to 35.39%, with an increase of S/257,578.71, that is, 23.84%. The economic and financial evaluation determined a NPV of S/23,054.86, the IRR of 46.28%, meaning that the proposal returns the invested capital and is viable. Finally, the Cost benefit indicator (B/C) was S/4.32.
