Perfil prenatal de la madre y su relación con el desarrollo psicomotor de niños atendidos en el Centro de Medicina Física y Rehabilitación Fisioland, Ventanilla 2021

Abstract

La investigación se realizó con el objetivo de determinar la relación del perfil prenatal de la madre y el desarrollo psicomotor de los niños. La población estará conformada de 70 Madres con sus niños con una muestra de 29 Madres y 30 niños con edades entre 2 a 5 años, donde los resultados fue del 38% un perfil prenatal malo y el 34% un perfil prenatal regular; el desarrollo psicomotor, el 53% un desarrollo psicomotor con retraso y el 33% de los niños presentaron un desarrollo psicomotor en riesgo, al cruzar ambas variables se obtuvo de 10 niños con desarrollo psicomotor en riesgo, el 28% un perfil prenatal regular y un 7% adquirió un perfil prenatal bueno; de l5 niños con un desarrollo psicomotor con retraso, el 38% un perfil prenatal malo y el 7% adquirió un perfil prenatal bueno y regular. Como el p valor calculado p = 0,00, podemos concluir que existe relación entre el perfil prenatal de la madre y el desarrollo psicomotor de niños atendidos en el Centro de Medicina física y Rehabilitación Fisioland, Ventanilla 2021.

The research was carried out with the objective of determining the relationship between the prenatal profile of the mother and the psychomotor development of the children. The population consisted of 70 mothers and their children with a sample of 29 mothers and 30 children between 2 and 5 years of age, where the results were 38% with a poor prenatal profile and 34% with a fair prenatal profile; In the psychomotor development, 53% had a delayed psychomotor development and 33% of the children presented a psychomotor development at risk. When crossing both variables, it was obtained that of 10 children with psychomotor development at risk, 28% had a regular prenatal profile and 7% acquired a good prenatal profile; of the 5 children with a delayed psychomotor development, 38% had a poor prenatal profile and 7% acquired a good and regular prenatal profile. As the calculated p value p = 0.00, we can conclude that there is a relationship between the prenatal profile of the mother and the psychomotor development of children attended at the Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Center Fisioland, Ventanilla 2021.
