Vulneración de derechos de niños y adolescentes frente al trabajo infantil en el comercio ambulatorio en el distrito de Cajamarca, 2020-2022

Abstract

La investigación, tiene como objetivo determinar los principales derechos de niños y adolescentes que son vulnerados frente al trabajo infantil en el comercio ambulatorio, en el distrito de Cajamarca 2020-2022. Asimismo, se estableció su realidad problemática, antecedentes, bases teóricas y otros, aplicando una estrategia para determinar hallazgos científicos, usando una investigación “básica” o “pura”, de metodología deductivo y dogmático con enfoque cualitativo, no experimental, de tipo no probabilístico intencional. Además, como técnica se aplicó una entrevista a 35 niños que trabajan en el sector comercio ambulatorio en el distrito de Cajamarca y una entrevista a diferentes instituciones que apoyan en erradicar, prevenir el trabajo infantil para mejorar nuestra investigación. Finalmente, los resultados encontrados se concluyen que se vulnera derechos de niños y adolescentes frente al trabajo infantil ambulatorio son el derecho a la educación, a la salud y recreación en el distrito de Cajamarca que perjudica su salud, integridad física o moral. Por ello, es importante fortalecer los vínculos familiares (padres e hijos), fortalecer e implementar estrategias en las instituciones que luchan para prevenir, erradicar el trabajo infantil y poder restaurar sus derechos, para formar una mejor sociedad.

The research aims to determine the main rights of children and adolescents that are violated in relation to child labor in outpatient commerce, in the district of Cajamarca 2020-2022. Likewise, its problematic reality, background, theoretical bases and others were established, applying a strategy to determine scientific findings, using a “basic” or “pure” investigation, of deductive and dogmatic methodology with a qualitative, non-experimental, non-probabilistic approach. intentional. Additionally, as a technique, an interview was applied to 35 children who work in the outpatient commerce sector in the district of Cajamarca and an interview to different institutions that support the eradication and prevention of child labor to improve our research. Finally, the results conclude that the rights of children and adolescents in the face of outpatient child labor are violated, including the right to education, health and recreation in the district of Cajamarca, which harms their health, physical or moral integrity. Therefore, it is important to strengthen family ties (parents and children), strengthen and implement strategies in institutions that fight to prevent and eradicate child labor and restore their rights, to form a better society.
