Sostenibilidad del sistema de agua potable en el centro poblado menor Llaguen, distrito de Sinsicap, provincia de Otuzco – La Libertad

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación tuvo el objetivo de determinar la sostenibilidad de los sistemas de agua potable en el centro poblado menor Llaguen, distrito Sinsicap, provincia Otuzco - La Libertad, 2023. Por tal sentido, se determinó la sostenibilidad bajo tres líneas de acción; la primera línea tiene que ver con la sostenibilidad de la infraestructura sanitaria a nivel físico y operativo, la segunda línea tiene que ver con la sostenibilidad de la operación y mantenimiento y la tercera línea tiene que ver con la gestión del sistema. Para el desarrollo de la investigación se utilizó la metodología propuesta por PROPILAS (Proyecto Piloto de Agua y Saneamiento- SIRAS) a cargo de CARE, que consiste en aplicar dos encuestas a directivos de la JASS y una a los usuarios, además de la observación directa a los componentes del sistema de agua potable. En la elaboración de las tres encuestas ya mencionadas se consideró también ideas de la “Encuesta – Diagnóstico de Sistemas de Agua y Saneamiento en el Ámbito Rural” propuesta por el Ministerio de Vivienda, Construcción y Saneamiento del Perú, y también se añadió la sección de riesgos y desastres naturales. Como resultado se obtuvo que la infraestructura sanitaria a nivel físico y operativo es no sostenible y tanto la operación y mantenimiento como la gestión del sistema es medianamente sostenible, es así que se llegó a la conclusión que el sistema de agua potable del centro poblado menor Llaguen, distrito Sinsicap, provincia Otuzco - La Libertad es medianamente sostenible.

The objective of this research work was to determine the Sustainability of the Drinking Water Systems in the Llaguen Population Center, Sinsicap district, Otuzco-La Libertad province, 2023. In this sense, sustainability is met under three lines of action: The first line has to do with the sustainability of the health infrastructure at a physical and operational level, the second line has to do with the sustainability of the operation and maintenance and the third line has to do with the management of the drinking water system. To develop the research, the methodology proposed by PROPILAS (Pilot Water and Sanitation Project - SIRAS) under CARE was used, which consists of applying two surveys to JASS directors and one to users, in addition to direct observation. to the components of the drinking water system. In the preparation of the aforementioned surveys, it was complemented with ideas from the “Survey - Diagnosis of Water and Sanitation Systems in the Rural Area” of the Ministry of Housing, Construction and Sanitation of Peru and the section on risks and natural disasters was added. When processing the data, it was obtained that the health infrastructure at a physical and operational level is not sustainable, the operation and maintenance is moderately sustainable, and the management of the system is moderately sustainable. Thus, the conclusion was reached that the system is moderately sustainable.
