Implementación de un sistema de automatización para el tensado de papel en rotativa de impresión off set

Abstract

RESUMEN El presente trabajo es un proyecto de automatización para el tensado de papel prensa que se desea implementar en todas las Rotativas de Impresión OFFSET de la empresa del Grupo Epensa y tiene como finalidad el facilitar información básica para el desarrollo de sistemas de mejoras, apuntando a un mismo propósito, la minimización de desperdicios y mermas en altas cantidades, los cuales son generadores de costos elevados, y contribuir con el medio ambiente evitando el uso indebido de toneladas de papel que es el principal insumo del proceso. Para esto, se observarán las cuantiosas pérdidas que tiene la empresa EPENSA por la compra de insumos al año (como referencia), el tiempo improductivo que se genera por las constantes rupturas del papel durante el proceso de impresión y el regular producto final que se obtiene antes de la mejora. La Tesis constará de cuatro Capítulos, el Primer Capítulo describirá los Antecedentes, la situación real y actual de cómo se encontraba las líneas de producción antes de la implementación del sistema de tensado de papel, La realidad Problemática que este generaba durante el proceso de impresión y la Formulación del Problema para poder realizar el análisis respectivo, Descripción de las Justificaciones y de los Objetivos Generales y Objetivos Específicos con el fin de cuantificar y materializar la información y generar apropiadamente las ideas para el desarrollo del proyecto. El Segundo Capítulo describirá un Marco Teórico, la descripción de conceptos básicos de la litografía, la descripción de las máquinas de impresión, del proceso de impresión (TMO-tiempos medios de operación) la terminología empleada en el desarrollo del proyecto y en el proceso de impresión. El Tercer Capítulo describirá los desarrollos de los objetivos planteados con el propósito de textualizar y graficar los mismos, para poder generar datos y resultados y a través de ellos permitir hacer comparativas. Se podrá cuantificar la mejora mediante gráficas y tablas comparativas. El Cuarto Capítulo describirá los Resultados de los objetivos planteados, se podrá acceder a las conclusiones y recomendaciones del trabajo derivados de la evaluación y análisis empleado.
