Sistema de gestión de calidad y la logística inversa para mejorar el tratamiento de residuos tóxicos a través de los indicadores de responsabilidad social dentro de la corporación transnacional Química Suiza S.A.

Abstract

RESUMEN La Tesis titulada “Sistema de Gestión de Calidad y la Logística Inversa para mejorar el tratamiento de residuos tóxicos a través de los Indicadores de Responsabilidad Social dentro de la Corporación Transnacional Química Suiza SA” tiene por objeto optar del Título Profesional de Administrador en Negocios Internacionales, así como contribuir a la solución de la problemática de la logística inversa, los residuos tóxicos y la responsabilidad social empresarial. El desarrollo del trabajo se ha llevado a cabo en los siguientes capítulos: El Capítulo 1 – Introducción: Presenta la realidad problemática, formulación del problema, justificación del problema, limitaciones y objetivos de la investigación. El problema se ha identificado en la falta de logística inversa, lo que no permite tener un adecuado tratamiento de los residuos tóxicos que origina la empresa, y que determina una deficiente responsabilidad social de la empresa Corporación Trasnacional Química Suiza SA. Para corroborar este efecto, la temática de investigación abordara temas relacionados a la Responsabilidad Social Empresarial como parte de la línea de investigación los cuales tendrán como base las herramientas de la Logística Inversa y el Sistema de Gestión de Calidad, sobre lo cual se han formulado las preguntas relacionadas con las variables, dimensiones e indicadores. El trabajo se justifica porque frente a la problemática empresarial es necesario contribuir a la solución del mismo a través del sistema de gestión de calidad. Las limitaciones encontradas son mínimas y los objetivos son los propósitos que se han logrado en la investigación. El Capítulo 2 – Marco Teórico: Presenta los antecedentes bibliográficos, las bases teóricas y la definición de términos correspondiente. Se han determinado antecedentes nacionales e internacionales. La base teórica está conformada por el sistema de gestión de calidad, logística inversa, tratamiento de residuos tóxicos, responsabilidad social empresarial y lo referido a la Corporación Trasnacional Química Suiza SA. El Capítulo 3 – Hipótesis: Presenta la formulación de la hipótesis general y las hipótesis específicas; también, presenta la operacionalidad de las variables con sus dimensiones e indicadores. Se ha considerado dentro del tema de investigación una hipótesis nula y otra alternativa para llegar a la conclusión que existe una relación positiva entre la Logística Inversa y el Sistema de Gestión de Calidad para poder ser considerada una empresa socialmente responsable. El Capítulo 4 – Materiales y métodos: El presente trabajo investigación es básica, ex post facto, debido a que en ella solo se busca conocer sí existe una relación positiva entre la Logística Inversa y el Sistema de Gestión de Calidad en el tratamiento de residuos tóxicos a través de los Indicadores de la Responsabilidad Social Empresarial. Se plantea realizarla como una investigación no experimental; por tanto, no se alteraran las condiciones, ni se manipularan las variables de la problemática a analizar; sólo se observarán y expondrán las actividades que realiza la Corporación Transnacional Química Suiza S.A., dentro de la cual, se realizara el trabajo de campo y se podrá determinar a partir del análisis de las encuestas realizadas la relación positiva o negativa qué existan dentro de las variables sujetas a análisis. El Capítulo 5 – Resultados: En este Capítulo se lleva a cabo la presentación, análisis e interpretación de los resultados del trabajo de campo desarrollado, en donde se observa que el 83% de los encuestados concuerdan que la logística inversa es el proceso de planificar, implementar y control de forma eficiente y óptima el flujo materias primas, productos en proceso de producción y productos terminados para generar valor de los mismos. Así mismo, el 78% de los encuestados acepta que la RSE es un compromiso voluntario que adoptan las empresas para buscar la mejora social, económica y ambiental. El Capítulo 6– Discusión: Presenta la discusión propiamente dicha de los principales resultados obtenidos, así como también la contrastación de la hipótesis del trabajo de investigación, en donde se ha logrado determinar que existe una relación positiva entre la Logística Inversa y el Sistema de Gestión de Calidad en el tratamiento de residuos tóxicos a través de los Indicadores de la Responsabilidad Social Empresarial, la misma que ha sido respaldada por el análisis estadístico del sistema SPP, en donde se ha obtenido una correlación de Pearson del 83.48%, valor que favorece y reafirme la aceptación de la hipótesis plateada. El Capítulo 7 – Conclusiones y recomendaciones: Presenta las conclusiones a las cuales ha arribado la investigadora luego de la culminación del trabajo de investigación. También presenta las recomendaciones que son las pautas que se sugieren a los directivos, funcionarios y trabajadores de la empresa.

ABSTRACT The thesis entitled "Quality Management System and the inverse logistic to improve the treatment of toxic waste Through social responsibility indicators inside the transnational corporation “Química Suiza SA"; It has been developed based on the Regulation of Degrees and Titles of the University; It aims choose the Professional Degree in International Business Manager; as well as contribute to the solution of the problem of reverse logistics, toxic waste and corporate social responsibility. The development work has been carried out in the following chapters: Chapter 1 - Introduction: Presents the problematic reality, problem formulation, justification of the problem, constraints and objectives of the research. The problem has been identified in the lack of reverse logistics, which does not allow adequate treatment of toxic waste originating company, and determines poor social responsibility of business Switzerland SA Chemical Corporation., on which they have asked the questions related to variables, dimensions and indicators. The work is justified because business issues facing the need to contribute to the solution of the same through the quality management system. The limitations found are minimal and goals are the goals that have been achieved in the investigation. Chapter 2 - Theoretical Framework: presents bibliographic records, the theoretical basis and the definition of relevant terms. They have been determined national and international history. The theoretical basis is formed by the system of quality management, reverse logistics, toxic waste treatment, and corporate social responsibility and referred to the SA Switzerland Chemicals Corporation. Chapter 3 - Hypothesis: It presents the formulation of the general hypothesis and the specific hypotheses; also, presents the operability of the variables with their dimensions and indicators. It has been considered within the research topic a null hypothesis and another alternative to reach the conclusion that there is a positive relationship between Reverse Logistics and the Quality Management System to be considered a socially responsible company. Chapter 4 - Materials and methods: This research work is basic, ex post facto, because it only seeks to know if there is a positive relationship between Reverse Logistics and the Quality Management System in the treatment of toxic waste through Indicators of Corporate Social Responsibility. It is proposed to carry it out as non-experimental research; Therefore, the conditions will not be altered, nor will the variables of the problem to be analyzed be manipulated; Only the activities carried out by the Corporation Transnational Química Suiza SA will be observed and exposed, within which the fieldwork will be carried out and it will be possible to determine from the analysis of the surveys the positive or negative relationship that exists within the variables Subject to analysis. Chapter 5 - Results: In this chapter the presentation, analysis and interpretation of the results of the developed field work are carried out, in which 83% of the respondents agree that reverse logistics is the process of planning, implementing and controlling Efficiently and optimally flow raw materials, products in the process of production and finished products to generate value of them. Likewise, 78% of respondents accept that CSR is a voluntary commitment that companies adopt to seek social, economic and environmental improvement. Chapter 6 Discussion: It presents the actual discussion of the main results obtained, as well as the contrasting of the research work hypothesis, where it has been determined that there is a positive relationship between Reverse Logistics and the Quality Management System in the Treatment of toxic waste through the Indicators of Corporate Social Responsibility, which has been supported by the statistical analysis of the SPP system, where a Pearson correlation of 83.48% has been obtained, a value that favors and reaffirms the acceptance of The silver hypothesis. Chapter 7 - Conclusions and Recommendations: It presents the conclusions that the researcher has arrived after the completion of the research work. It also presents the recommendations are guidelines suggested to directors, officers and employees of the company.
