Implementación de un sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud en el trabajo para disminuir el índice de accidentes de la empresa INCHACAPE Mortors Perú S.A.

Abstract

RESUMEN La presente tesis tiene como objetivo principal determinar en qué medida la implementación de un Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo minimiza la incidencia de accidentes de la empresa Inchcape Motors Peru SA. Para lograr este objetivo principal se trabajara mediante la estructura de la Ley N° 29783, usando la metodología de implementación contenida en la legislación mencionada. Siendo desarrollada ampliamente la estructura de la misma en el Marco Teórico de la tesis. En la primera fase de la tesis se realizara el análisis actual de la empresa, el mapa de procesos, organigrama de la misma, con la finalidad de entender la cultura organizacional. La segunda fase comprende el desarrollo de los objetivos, para lo cual se elaboró el diagnóstico inicial del Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo de Inchcape Motors Peru SA, el cual se realizó bajo la estructura existente en la legislación, el resultado obtenido al termino del diagnóstico realizado fue del 11 % del Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo implementado en la organización. Como parte de los resultados obtenidos al término de la implementación del Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo, se obtuvo la diminución del índice de accidentes de trabajo en el 2016 en un 77 % con relación al promedio de los años anteriores a la implementación. Mientras que para el año 2017 la disminución fue del 89 %. Se concluye que la implementación de un Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad en base a la Ley N° 29783, logro la disminución de los accidentes de trabajo en Inchcape Motors Perú SA. Se recomienda mantener la metodología que la ley brinda para el proceso de implementación para garantizar el éxito del proceso de implementación. ABSTRACT The main objective of this thesis is to determine to what extent the implementation of a Safety and Health Management System at Work minimizes the incidence of accidents of the company Inchcape Motors Peru SA. To achieve this main objective, we will work through the structure of Law No. 29783, using the implementation methodology contained in the aforementioned legislation. Being widely developed the structure of the same in the Theoretical Framework of the thesis. In the first phase of the thesis the current analysis of the company, it is included the map of processes, organizational chart of the same, in order to understand the organizational culture. The second phase includes the development of the objectives, for which the initial diagnosis of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System of Inchcape Motors Peru SA was elaborated, which was carried out under the existing structure in the legislation, the result obtained At the end of the diagnosis, it was 11% of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System implemented in the organization. As part of the results obtained at the end of the implementation of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System, the decrease in the rate of work accidents in 2016 was obtained by 77% in relation to the average of the years prior to the implementation. While for the year 2017 the decrease was 89%. It is concluded that the implementation of a Security Management System based on Law No. 29783, achieved the reduction of work accidents at Inchcape Motors Perú SA. It is recommended to maintain the methodology that the law provides for the implementation process to guarantee the success of the implementation process.
