Impacto del control interno en los objetivos de las operaciones del almacén de Adry's Collection - Lima 2016

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación, titulado “Impacto del control interno en los objetivos de las operaciones del almacén de ADRY´S COLLECTION – Lima 2016”, se desarrolla con la finalidad de determinar el impacto del control interno en los objetivos de las operaciones del almacén de la empresa ADRY´S COLLECTION de Vilma del Pilar Vásquez Vera de lo cual se realizará el análisis y posterior toma de decisiones donde se aplicarán las medidas correctivas y se establecerán estrategias de mejora.

En el I Capítulo, se detalla el problema por el cual está pasando la empresa, los mismos que sirvieron de base para la elaboración del presente trabajo de investigación con el fin de darle solución, además, se desarrolla la justificación en la que se detalla la importancia por la que se ha elegido el tema y por otro lado las limitaciones que se me presentaron para desarrollar el presente trabajo de investigación, como también se establecen los objetivos a cumplir. En el II Capítulo, se especifica el marco teórico, el cual está conformado por antecedentes, bases teóricas y la definición de los términos básicos los cuales fueron esenciales para conocer las teorías de diversos autores sobre temas relacionados con el presente trabajo de investigación, además de conocer los conceptos básicos que se desarrollan es éste. En el III Capítulo, se establece las hipótesis que vendrían a ser posibles soluciones a los problemas evidenciados, como también se determinan las variables, tanto la dependiente como la independiente las cuales posteriormente se van a detallar en la matriz de operacionalización de variables. En el IV Capítulo, se explica el tipo de diseño de la investigación, así como el material empleado, también se determina la unidad de estudio, población y muestra, además de las técnicas y métodos que se emplearon para la recolección de datos. Del V capítulo en adelante se realiza el análisis e interpretación de los resultados que se obtuvieron de la encuesta a los trabajadores del área de almacén, lo cual permite verificar la hipótesis planteada.

Gracias a este diagnóstico, se han podido identificar los puntos críticos por el que el área de almacén está atravesando; permitiendo coordinar, diseñar y establecer una serie de conclusiones y recomendaciones a emplear para una eficaz toma de decisiones.

This research work, entitled "Impact of the internal control in the objectives of the operations of the warehouse of ADRY´S COLLECTION - Lima 2016", It takes place in order to determine the impact of the internal control in the objectives of the operations of the warehouse of the company ADRY´S COLLECTION of Vilma del Pilar Vásquez Vera which will take place the analysis and subsequent decision making where to apply corrective actions and improvement strategies will be established.

In the chapter I, outlined the problem whereby the company is going, which served as the basis for the elaboration of the present research work in order to give solution develops the justification that details the importance that the topic has been chosen and on the other hand the limitations that I arose to develop this research work, as well as the targets are established to meet. In the chapter II, specifies the theoretical framework, which consists of background, theoretical foundations and the definition of basic terms which were essential to know the theories of various authors on topics related to this research work, This is in addition to know the basic concepts that are developed. In the chapter III, sets the hypothesis that would come to be possible solutions to the problems highlighted, as also the variables are determined, both the independent and the dependent which then will detail in the matrix of operationalization of variables. In the chapter IV, explains the type of research design, as well as the material used, also determines the unit of study, population and sample, in addition to the methods and techniques used for data collection. V chapter onwards is the analysis and interpretation of the results that were obtained from the survey the area of warehouse workers, which allows to verify the hypothesis. Thanks to this diagnosis, it has been possible to identify the critical points by which the warehouse area is going through; allowing to coordinate, design and establish a series of conclusions and recommendations to be used for effective decision making.
