El sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud en el trabajo y su relación con la cultura preventiva de la empresa PSA Importaciones S. R. L., en la ciudad de Lima, año 2021

Abstract

El presente trabajo investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación entre el Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo y la Cultura Preventiva de la empresa PSA Importaciones S.R.L. – Lima, 2021; para ello se aplicó el tipo de investigación correlacional, con diseño del mismo nombre y no experimental en la población total de 17 trabajadores de la empresa objeto de estudio perteneciente de la ciudad de Lima. La variable independiente Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo se construyó a través de un cuestionario que mide el Sistema de Gestión de la Seguridad Laboral bajo la percepción de los trabajadores. El cuestionario tiene como referencia al trabajo de investigación presentado por la Universidad de Oviedo - España, llamado “Desarrollo y validación de una escala de medición para el Sistema de Gestión de la Seguridad Laboral”, dicha herramienta mide la percepción de los trabajadores, lo que facilita la autoevaluación y permite diagnosticar la situación actual de la empresa respecto al Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo, para ello el cuestionario plantea 41 afirmaciones que concatena la estructura conformada por la política, fomento de la participación, formación, comunicación, planificación y control: para ello se utilizó la escala de Likert con opciones de respuesta numéricas del 1 al 4. Por otra parte, para la variable dependiente Cultura Preventiva se utilizó un cuestionario que mide la dimensión de conductas de seguridad presente en la cadena de mando y los trabajadores, el cuestionario lleva por referencia el trabajo de investigación del Instituto Andaluz de Prevención de Riesgos Laborales, titulado “Diagnóstico de Cultura Preventiva en el Sector de la Hostelería de Andalucía”, donde se aplicó el cuestionario NOSACQ-50 la cual mide la percepción de la organización respecto a Cultura Preventiva o llamado también Clima Preventivo donde se plantea 50 afirmaciones, dando valor de la percepción a través de una escala de Likert con opciones de respuesta numéricas del 1 al 4. Finalmente, se pudo concluir que existe una relación significativa alta positiva entre las variables de Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo y la Cultura Preventiva, con un coeficiente de correlación de 0,797. El Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo de la empresa PSA Importaciones S.R.L. requiere revisar la propuesta de mejora presentada, elaborar un plan de trabajo y tomar acción para levantar observaciones e impulsarse hacia la mejora continua.

The present research work aimed to determine the relationship between the Occupational Health and Safety Management System and the Preventive Culture of the company PSA Importations S.R.L. - Lima, 2021; For this, the correlational type of research was applied, with a design of the same name and not experimental in the total population of 17 workers of the company under study belonging to the city of Lima. The questionnaire refers to the research work presented by the University of Oviedo - Spain, called "Development and validation of a measurement scale for the Occupational Safety Management System", said tool measures the perception of workers, which facilitates self-assessment and allows diagnosing the current situation of the company regarding the Occupational Health and Safety Management System, for this the questionnaire raises 41 statements that concatenate the structure conformed by the policy, promotion of participation, training, communication, planning and control: for this, the Likert scale was used with numerical response options from 1 to 4. On the other hand, for the dependent variable Preventive Culture, a questionnaire was used that measures the dimension of safety behaviors present in the chain of command and the workers, the questionnaire takes as reference the research work of the Andaluz Institute for Occupational Risks Prevention, entitled “Diagnosis of Preventive Culture in the Hospitality Sector of Andalusia”, where the NOSACQ-50 questionnaire was applied which measures the perception of the organization regarding Preventive Culture or also called Preventive Climate where 50 statements are made, giving Perception value through a Likert scale with numerical response options from 1 to 4. Finally, it was possible to conclude that there is a significant high positive relationship between the variables of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System and Culture Preventive, with a correlation coefficient of 0.797. The Occupational Health and Safety Management System of the company PSA Importations S.R.L. It requires reviewing the improvement proposal presented, preparing a work plan and taking action to raise observations and drive towards continuous improvement.
