Análisis e implementación de un sistema de gestión integrado basada en la Ley N° 29783 y su influencia en la seguridad en la empresa Cobrecon S. A.

Abstract

El objetivo general fue determinar de qué manera la implementación de un sistema integrado de gestión basada en la Ley N.º 29783, lograra prevenir los riesgos laborales en la empresa Cobrecon SA. Se utilizo la siguiente metodología: El tipo de investigación según su función es Aplicativa y el método es cuantitativo. La población se constituye de 56 trabajadores y la muestra está representada por el 100% de la población. Para el desarrollo e implementación del Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo como técnica para la recolección de datos se realizó la Elaboración de Línea Base. La conclusión general fue que, mediante la implementación del SGSST se redujeron los accidentes de 7 a 1 respecto a los años antes y después de la implementación, este a su vez reduciéndolo en un 86%. Así mismo se generó un impacto económico positivo obteniendo que por cada S/ 1.00 invertido en el sistema se estaría obteniendo un beneficio de S/ 7.44, por tanto, podemos decir que la implementación del SGSST en viable.

The general objective was to determine how the implementation of an integrated management system based on Law No. 29783 would prevent occupational risks in the company Cobrecon SA. The following methodology was used: The type of research according to its function is Applicative and the method is quantitative. The population is made up of 56 workers and the sample is represented by 100% of the population. For the development and implementation of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System as a technique for data collection, the Baseline Development was carried out. The general conclusion was that, through the implementation of the SGSST, accidents were reduced from 7 to 1 compared to the years before and after implementation, this in turn reducing it by 86%. Likewise, a positive economic impact was generated, obtaining that for every S/ 1.00 invested in the system, a benefit of S/ 7.44 would be obtained, therefore, we can say that the implementation of the SGSST is viable.
