Proyecto de inversión para la comercialización de pollos eviscerado en el distrito de San Martín de Porres en el año 2017

Abstract

RESUMEN El presente proyecto de tesis se refiere a la Comercialización de pollos eviscerados en el distrito de San Martin de Porres, en este estudio se realizara un análisis interno y externo del negocio y estudio de mercado, identificando factores importantes de la demanda. Se efectuara un análisis financiero y económico para demostrar si es o no rentable y se propondrá la aplicación de la gestión CPFR (Planeamiento Colaborativo) y el modelo de negocio CANVAS, para pronosticar la demanda y optimizar el proceso de las operaciones y las ventas, para dejar de ser un negocio familiar y pasar a ser empresarial. A través de esta investigación, se ha podido comprobar que son pocos los negocios que desarrollan este tipo de comercio con la infraestructura y conocimientos apropiados, para ofrecer un producto competitivo y diferenciado. Por medio de la encuesta, se apreció que el género femenino, es el que asiste con mayor frecuencia al mercado para obtener el pollo, la frecuencia de consumo de carne de pollo concentra un 95%, esto se debe a la mayor demanda de pollo por su menor precio a comparación de otras carnes. Actualmente la tendencia es consumir la carne de pollo, en las investigaciones que se realizó lo confirman. El peruano consume alrededor de 39 kilogramos de carne de pollo. En el distrito de San Martin de Porres se consume alrededor de 2 311 725 kilogramos. Nuestra participación de mercado será del 0.30%, frente a la demanda del distrito. La inversión del proyecto asume la cantidad de S/. 132 390 Nuevos Soles, el cual será financiado el 100% por Mi Banco a una tasa efectiva mensual de 3.05% por el lapso de 36 meses, el cual será cancelado a los 3 años de iniciado el proyecto. El Valor Actual Neto (VAN) nos arrojó el monto de S/. 78 392 siendo factible al proyecto en el cálculo de los 5 años y una Tasa interna de Retorno (TIR) del 16% haciéndolo rentable, por ser mayor tasa a comparación de las financieras, que solo ofrecen hasta una tasa de interés de 7.90%. Concluyo que este proyecto es factible y vale la pena invertir en nuestro propio negocio.

ABSTRACT The present thesis project refers to the commercialization of eviscerated chickens in the district of San Martín de Porres, in this study an internal and external analysis of the business and market research is carried out, identifying the important factors of the demand. The business is located in the B8 shop of the Sarita Colonia Shopping Center (Pacasmayo extension crossing with Carlos Izaguirre Avenue) in the district of San Martín de Porres. Through the research, it has been verified that the few businesses that develop this type of trade with the infrastructure and enthusiasts, to offer a competitive and differentiated product. Through the survey, it was noted that the female gender, is the one that the mayor frequents the market to get the chicken, the frequency of consumption of chicken meat concentrates 95% Its lower price compared to other meats. Currently the tendency is to consume the chicken meat, in the investigations that was made to confirm. The Peruvian consumes about 39 kilograms of chicken meat. The investment of the project assumes the amount of S /. 132 390 Nuevos Soles, which will be financed 100% by My Bank at an effective monthly rate of 3.05% for the period of 36 months, which will be canceled after 3 years of initiation of the project. The Net Present Value (VAN) gave us the amount of S /. 78 392 being feasible for the project in the calculation of the 5 years and an Internal Rate of Return (TIR) of 16% making it profitable, being higher rate compared to the financial ones, which only offer up to a monthly interest rate of 7.90% . I conclude that this project is feasible and worth investing in our own business.
