Análisis situacional del mecanismo Exporta Fácil y la captación de usuarios en la ciudad de Trujillo, 2018

Abstract

RESUMEN La presente investigación está relacionada con el estudio del Exporta Fácil, que es una importante herramienta para el desarrollo de los emprendimientos y actividad micro empresarial en nuestro país. La siguiente investigación titulada “Análisis Situacional Del Mecanismo Exporta Fácil Y La Captación De Usuarios En La Ciudad De Trujillo, 2018”, se realiza en respuesta del siguiente problema: ¿de qué manera el análisis situacional del mecanismo del exporta fácil influye en la captación de usuarios en la ciudad de Trujillo, 2018? El objetivo general de la investigación es el siguiente: determinar de qué manera el análisis situacional del mecanismo del exporta fácil influye en la captación de usuarios en la ciudad de Trujillo, 2018. Objetivo planteado con el propósito de llegar a la solución al problema presentado, y para ello cumplimos con tres acciones y/u objetivos específicos para llegar a la solución, los cuales son los siguientes: 1) analizar el entorno interno del mecanismo Exporta Fácil. 2) analizar el entorno externo del mecanismo Exporta Fácil, y 3) diseñar una estrategia de captación de clientes para el programa Exporta Fácil. Las hipótesis que plantea esta investigación es la siguiente: H1: El análisis situacional del mecanismo del exporta fácil si influye en la captación de usuarios en la ciudad de Trujillo, 2018. H0: El análisis situacional del mecanismo del exporta fácil no influye en la captación de usuarios en la ciudad de Trujillo, 2018, las cuales han sido comprobadas y analizadas concienzudamente a través del análisis documental, tanto a nivel primario como secundario. Las variables de esta investigación son las siguientes: la variable independiente es análisis situacional y la variable dependiente es captación de clientes. La presente investigación tiene un diseño No Experimental, porque no se manipulan las variables, por lo consiguiente no se va a llevar algún experimento de un fenómeno concreto. Es también Descriptiva porque lo que pretende es mostrar la situación actual del mecanismo Exporta Fácil, con la intención de proponer una alternativa para solucionar o mejorar la situación actual del programa. Los resultados obtenidos son los siguientes: 1) realizar el análisis situacional del mecanismo Exporta Fácil en La Libertad y 2) realizar el plan de captación de usuarios para el mecanismo Exporta Fácil en La Libertad. Luego de realizar todo el trabajo metodológico y analítico, se llegaron a las siguientes conclusiones: 1) el análisis situacional sí influye en la captación de usuarios, porque a través de este análisis se comprueba que analizando cada uno de los factores del mecanismo, se pueden detectar puntos críticos que no permiten aumentar el número de usuarios, motivo por el cual se realiza el plan de captación de usuarios, para elevar el número de éstos. 2) podemos apreciar que su debilidad y a la vez oportunidad más grande es la parte de difusión y captación de usuarios, puesto que el proceso “ANÁLISIS SITUACIONAL DEL MECANISMO EXPORTA FÁCIL Y LA CAPTACIÓN DE USUARIOS EN LA CIUDAD DE TRUJILLO, 2018” Puell Zapata Christian Dario Pág. ix es muy sencillo y no sigue pautas largas, complicadas, engorrosas o burocráticas. 3) el aspecto que incide más en el funcionamiento del mecanismo es el aspecto político, el cual también es el que más demora en reaccionar, puesto que depende mucho de leyes y normas estatales. Este trabajo pretende nutrir y brindar otro análisis del programa Exporta Fácil, para que sea fuente de consulta y posible apertura a generación de estrategias que permitan desarrollar e institucionalizar el programa. Y que sea una tercera luz, puesto que anteriores a esta investigación, sólo existen dos respecto al mecanismo. PALABRAS CLAVE: mecanismo, Exporta Fácil, usuarios, análisis.

ABSTRACT The present investigation is related to the study of the Exporta Fácil, which is an important tool for the development of the enterprises and micro business activity in our country. The following research entitled "Situational analysis of Exporta Fácil and recruitment of users in the city of Trujillo, 2018 Mechanism" is performed in response to the following problem: how the situational analysis of the mechanism of easy exports influences the uptake users in the city of Trujillo, 2018? The general objective of the investigation is the following: to determine in what way the situational analysis of the easy export mechanism influences the recruitment of users in the city of Trujillo, 2018. Objective proposed with the purpose of arriving at the solution to the problem presented, and for this we fulfill three actions and / or specific objectives to reach the solution, which are the following: 1) analyze the internal environment of the Easy Export mechanism. 2) analyze the external environment of the Exporta Fácil mechanism, and 3) design a customer acquisition strategy for the Exporta Fácil program. The hypothesis that this research raises is the following: H1: Situational analysis of the easy export mechanism if it influences the recruitment of users in the city of Trujillo, 2018. H0: Situational analysis of the easy export mechanism does not influence the recruitment of users in the city of Trujillo, 2018, which have been checked and thoroughly analyzed through documentary analysis, through primary and secondary sources. The variables of this investigation are the following: the independent variable is situational analysis and the dependent variable is Client Capture. The present investigation has a Non-Experimental design, because the variables are not manipulated, therefore it is not going to take any experiment of a concrete phenomenon. It is also descriptive because it aims to show the current situation of the Easy Export mechanism, with the intention of proposing an alternative to solve or improve the current situation of the program. The results obtained are the following: 1) carry out the situational analysis of the Exporta Fácil mechanism in La Libertad and 2) carry out the user acquisition plan for the Exporta Fácil mechanism in La Libertad. After carrying out all the methodological and analytical work, the following conclusions were reached: 1) the situational analysis does influence the capture of users, because through this analysis it is verified that analyzing each one of the factors of the mechanism, can be detect critical points that do not allow increasing the number of users, which is why the plan to attract users is carried out, in order to increase the number of users. 2) we can see that its weakness and at the same time the greatest opportunity is the part of dissemination and capture of users, since the process is very simple and does not follow long, complicated, cumbersome or bureaucratic guidelines. 3) the aspect that most “ANÁLISIS SITUACIONAL DEL MECANISMO EXPORTA FÁCIL Y LA CAPTACIÓN DE USUARIOS EN LA CIUDAD DE TRUJILLO, 2018” Puell Zapata Christian Dario Pág. xi affects the functioning of the mechanism is the political aspect, which is also the one that takes the longest to react, since it depends a lot on state laws and regulations. This work aims to nurture and provide another analysis of the Exporta Fácil program, so that it can be a source of consultation and possible opening to generation of strategies that allow developing and institutionalizing the program.
