Revaluación de los activos inmovilizados y la determinación del valor razonable de la empresa emporio Virgen de Chapi S.A.C., Trujillo, 2017

Abstract

La presente investigación en la empresa agroindustrial EMPORIO VIRGEN DE CHAPI SAC ubicada en el distrito de la esperanza, en el año 2017 corresponde a la línea de investigación tecnológica para la formulación de la información contable y diseño de investigación de tipo pre-experimental cuyo activo total es de 1 166,924.20 soles, de los cuales 636,583.00 representa el valor de su “inmueble, maquinaria y equipo”, es decir el 55% de sus activos totales. El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo principal determinar el valor razonable de los activos inmovilizados de la empresa Emporio Virgen de Chapi SAC. Mediante esta investigación se determina el valor real de los activos inmovilizados a través de la relación de todos los activos y de informes periciales para hallar la depreciación, vida útil, valor residual, baja de activos y revaluación. Para la realización de la tesis se utilizaron técnicas de investigación como la entrevista a 03 personas que representan a diferentes áreas de la empresa como es el gerente. Ingeniero y operario con el fin de recoger información que permita establecer un análisis de los resultados con el fin de conocer y analizar la situación actual de los activos inmovilizados y así comparar con la NIC 16 propiedades, planta y equipo para el tratamiento contable y el reconocimiento de estos. Llegando a la conclusión que la aplicación de la NIC 16 Propiedades, planta y equipo de los activos inmovilizados incide positivamente en los ajustes contables, es decir se anotaron las diferencias para mostrar el valor actual y para una correcta toma de decisiones.

The present investigation in the agroindustrial company EMPORIO VIRGEN DE CHAPI SAC located in the district of hope, in the year 2017 corresponds to the line of technological research for the formulation of accounting information and research design of pre-experimental type whose total assets it is 1 166,924.20 soles, of which 636,583.00 represents the value of its "property, machinery and equipment", that is, 55% of its total assets. The main objective of this research work is to determine the fair value of the immobilized assets of Emporio Virgen de Chapi SAC. Through this investigation, the real value of immobilized assets is determined through the list of all assets and expert reports to find depreciation, useful life, residual value, asset disposals and revaluation. For the realization of the thesis research techniques were used as the interview to 03 people representing different areas of the company as the manager. Engineer and operator in order to collect information that allows to establish an analysis of the results in order to know and analyze the current situation of immobilized assets and thus compare with IAS 16 properties, plant and equipment for the accounting treatment and recognition of these. Reaching the conclusion that the application of IAS 16 Properties, plant and equipment of fixed assets has a positive impact on accounting adjustments, ie the differences were recorded to show the current value and for a correct decision making.
