Diseño y propuesta de un sistema de reutilización del RIL generado en el proceso de evaporación- condensación de una empresa láctea, para el uso en su PTAR y contribuir a la gestión medio ambiental

Abstract

RESUMEN El trabajo de investigación que se realizo tuvo como objetivo principal proponer un sistema para reutilizar el residuo líquido (en adelante RIL) que se genera en el proceso de evaporación durante la condensación de la leche en la Planta Nestlé, para su posterior distribución en los distintos procesos de su Planta de Tratamientos de Aguas Residuales PTAR. Actualmente la empresa vierte dicho ril al Río Chonta, por lo que con esta investigación se buscó aprovechar el residuo, en términos de costos y a la vez contribuyendo a la gestión medio ambiental. Para lo cual se recolecto la información necesaria proporcionada por la empresa mediante distintas técnicas como entrevistas a los jefes de planta, encuestas a los trabajadores y a través de la observación de los distintos procesos como de los métodos que se utilizan, con la finalidad procesar la información y disponer de los mismos para realizar el análisis pertinente para la investigación. La propuesta del sistema de reutilización que se propuso consiste en un diseño que permita la captación del residuo industrial líquido y su distribución en los distintos procesos de la Planta de Tratamiento de Aguas Residuales. Como son la estación de preparación de coagulante, la lechada de cal, para la limpieza de equipos y superficies, además de la utilización en el lavado de la maquinaria que utilizan para el transporte de la leche. Una vez identificados los procesos y realizado el diseño se realizó una comparación para observar el ahorro que se generó en el consumo de agua, esto se efectuó con el apoyo del simulador ProModel, para de esta manera tener un mejor panorama de lo que se propuso y lo que se quiere lograr. Alcanzando de esta manera, una gestión sostenible del agua, los recursos, y por ende contribuir a la gestión medioambiental. Al finalizar la investigación se revalida que con el diseño del sistema de reutilización del ril, se lograrán los objetivos planteados en la investigación, puesto que el residuo será aprovechado y se contribuirá a una adecuada gestión medio ambiental, considerándose también parámetros establecidos por el organismo encargado de vertimientos y que estos determinarán la disminución de costos por términos de multas. El cálculo de la inversión inicial de la propuesta de implementación efectuada fue de 6 596.80 nuevos soles, así mismo se obtuvo un valor actual neto equivalente a 219 788.50 nuevos soles, lo que determina que se acepta el proyecto, púes es mayor a cero. Finalmente el índice de rentabilidad arroja que por cada sol invertido se tendrá una ganancia de 3.54 nuevos soles. Concluyendo un análisis favorable y beneficioso para la empresa.

ABSTRACT The present research work takes as a main target to propose a system to re-use the liquid residue (from now on RIL) that is generated in the evaporation process during the condensation of the milk in the Plant Nestlé, for its later distribution in the different processes of its Plant of Treatments of Wastes water PTAR. At present the company spills saying ril to the Rio Chonta, therefore with this investigation one thinks about how to make use of the residue, in terms of costs and simultaneously contributing to the management environmental way. For which is gathered the necessary information provided by the company by means of different skills as interviews to the plant chiefs, you poll the workpeople and across the observation of the different processes as of the methods that use, with the purpose to process the information and to have the same ones to realize the pertinent analysis for the investigation. The proposal of the system of recycling that we propose consists of a design that allows the reception of the liquid industrial residue and its distribution in the different processes of the Plant of Treatment of Wastes water. Since there are the station of preparation of coagulant, the whitewash of lime, for the cleanliness of teams and surfaces, in addition to the use in the wash of the machinery that they use for the transport of the milk. As soon as the processes were identified and realized the design will realize a comparison to observe the saving that was generated in the water consumption, this was carried out by the support of the pretender ProModel, this way to have a better panorama of what is proposed and what it is about to achieve. Reaching this way, a sustainable management of the water, the resources, and hence to contribute to the environmental management. On having finished the investigation, it is confirmed that with the design of the system of recycling of the ril, there will be achieved the targets raised in the investigation, position that will make use of the residue and environmental way will be contributed to a suitable management, being considered to be also parameters established by the organism in charge of vertimientos and that these will determine the costs decrease for fines terms. The calculation of the initial investment of the proposal of carried out implementation was 6 596.80 new suns, likewise there was obtained a clear current value equivalent to 219 788.50 new suns, what determines that the project is accepted, púes is bigger than zero. Finally the profitability index throws that as every inverted sun there will be had a profit of 3.54 new suns. Concluding a favorable and beneficial analysis for the company.
