Optimización en el proceso de recepción de importación de productos sanitarios en el almacén de productos terminados - Protisa Perú, 2014

Abstract

RESUMEN En la presente investigación cuyo título es: OPTIMIZACIÓN EN EL PROCESO DE RECEPCIÓN DE IMPORTACIÓN DE PRODUCTOS SANITARIOS EN EL ALMACÉN DE PRODUCTOS TERMINADOS – PROTISA PERU,2014 debido al crecimiento constante en el negocio de sanitarios en Perú, se hizo necesario incrementar las importaciones de este tipo de productos; con lo cual el proceso comenzó a presentar deficiencias en su operación; afectando la productividad del área, las ventas de la compañía por no tener la disponibilidad del producto en el momento oportuno, incremento de los gastos en traslados. Se utilizó siguiente metodología: análisis histórico de datos y revisión bibliográfica. Se hizo un análisis de Pareto y de Ishikawa lo cual permitió identificar los problemas a resolver como: falta de espacio en los almacenes, ausencia de personal estiba, demoras por etiquetado de producto y separación de lotes. Para poder optimizar y mejorar este proceso se planteó los siguientes objetivos: Reducir los tiempos de atención y recepción de los contenedores de Importación en el almacén de productos terminados Protisa Perú y reducir los costos de traslado de los productos terminados provenientes de la recepción de importaciones en almacén de productos terminados Protisa Perú. Llegando a la conclusión: Una mejor programación basándose en el análisis ABC en la recepción de los contenedores, beneficia a la compañía permitiéndole reducir los gastos en el traslado de productos tipo “A” desde el almacén APT Santa Rosa hacia el CD los Rosales así también teniendo la disponibilidad inmediata del producto para la venta y no retrasar y/o cancelar los despachos por falta del mismo. Ayudando también a reducir los tiempos de atención de los contenedores ya que cuenta con los mayores recursos de infraestructura y de personal, lo cual agiliza el desarrollo del proceso. Asimismo con la reducción de los pasillos de los almacenes se obtiene mayor espacios para el almacenamiento de productos y también se reduce el gasto en alquiler de almacenes terceros.

In order to optimize and improve this process, the following objectives were proposed: Reduce the time of attention and reception of the Import containers in the warehouse of finished products Protisa Peru and reduce the costs of transportation of finished products from the reception of imports in Warehouse of finished products Protisa Peru. Concluding: A better programming based on the ABC analysis in the reception of the containers, benefits the company allowing it to reduce the expenses in the transfer of type "A" products from the APT Santa Rosa warehouse to the Rosales CD as well as having The immediate availability of the product for sale and not delay and / or cancel dispatches for lack thereof. Helping to reduce the time of attention of the containers as it has the greater resources of infrastructure and personnel, which streamlines the development of the process. Likewise, with the reduction of the corridors of the warehouses, more space is obtained for the storage of products and also the expense in rent of third stores is reduced.
