Clima organizacional actual de la empresa Mi Financiera S.A.C., Cajamarca 2017

Abstract

RESUMEN El objetivo de la presente investigación fue conocer como es el clima organizacional actual de la empresa Mi Financiera Sociedad Anónima Cerrada, Cajamarca 2017; con la finalidad de tener una visión clara y precisa sobre las percepciones que tienen los colaboradores sobre su ambiente laboral y así poder establecer los mecanismos necesarios para cumplir con las metas estratégicas establecidas. Para la realización de este estudio se aplicó a 11 colaboradores que ha constituido la unidad de análisis una encuesta de clima laboral tomaran en consideración las dimensiones propuestas por los autores Litwin y Stringer las cuales están dividas en: estructura, responsabilidad individual, recompensa, riesgo y toma decisiones, apoyo y calidez; y, tolerancia al conflicto; los datos que se obtuvieron fueron procesados con el programa SPSS. El tipo de investigación que se realizo fue no experimental, descriptivo con diseño transversal. Los resultados obtenidos evidenciaron que el clima organizacional actual de la empresa Mi Financiera es buena.

ABSTRACT The objective of the present investigation was to know as is the current organizational climate of the company Mi Financiera Sociedad Anónima Cerrada, Cajamarca 2017; with the purpose of having a clear and precise vision about the perceptions that the collaborators have about their work environment and thus be able to establish the necessary mechanisms to fulfill the established strategic goals. For the accomplishment of this study was applied to 11 collaborators that has constituted the unit of analysis a labor climate survey will take in consideration the dimensions proposed by the authors Litwin and Stringer which are divided in structure, individual responsibility, reward, risk and take decisions, support and warmth; and, tolerance to conflict; the data that were obtained were processed with the SPSS program. The type of investigation that was carried out was nonexperimental, descriptive with transversal design. The results obtained showed that the current organizational climate of Mi Financiera is good.
