La gestión estratégica en la educación y su influencia en la calidad de servicio en el nivel secundario de la Institución Educativa Particular Jordán de Jesús en el Callao

Abstract

RESUMEN La presente investigación surge al identificar la problemática que atraviesa el Perú con respecto a la gestión en la educación, el cual es un tema de vital importancia, debido a que involucra en el servicio brindado a la formación de los estudiantes tanto a nivel personal como académico, quienes egresaran para insertarse en la sociedad y conformar la población económicamente activa. En muchos países las instituciones educativas tanto privadas como del estado son gestionadas como empresas, ya que son prestadoras de servicio, motivo por el cual deben dirigir sus esfuerzos a ofrecer una educación de calidad que no solo satisfaga las necesidades de los clientes (alumnos), sino que busque superar sus expectativas. Por ello, los directores, gestores de las instituciones educativas necesitan conocer temas administrativos y de gestión de calidad que les permita dirigir su institución como una organización. Esta tesis tiene como propósito hallar en qué medida la gestión estratégica en la educación influye en la calidad de servicio prestado al nivel secundario de la Institución Educativa Particular Jordán de Jesús en el Callao y se encuentra conformada por cinco capítulos, a saber: En el Capítulo I se desarrolla la introducción, la cual comprende la realidad problemática en la que se detalla los problemas que de una u otra manera afectan la situación actual, la formulación del problema a investigar, la justificación, es decir la razón por la cual se realiza esta investigación, las limitaciones que se presentaron y los objetivos principales y específicos, que dirigirán la presente tesis. El Capítulo II hace referencia al marco teórico, en el que hallamos los antecedentes tanto nacionales como internacionales, las bases teóricas y la definición de los términos básicos. Este capítulo nos permite analizar otras investigaciones que guardan relación con la problemática presentada, cuya finalidad es que guíen el desarrollo de esta investigación, además se realizará la explicación detallada de cada una de las variables, sus dimensiones y otros conceptos básicos y necesarios que fundamenten los resultados de la presente tesis. En el Capítulo III hallamos la formulación de la hipótesis tanto general como específica y la operacionalización de las variables en la que definimos a las variables de estudio, mencionamos las dimensiones, planteamos los indicadores y establecemos los ítems, los cuales será la base para la elaboración de nuestro instrumento de recolección de información que nos permitirá hallar una solución a nuestro problema de investigación. En el Capítulo IV encontramos los materiales y métodos, los cuales incluyen el tipo de diseño de investigación, el material de estudio, las técnicas, procedimiento e instrumento, para efectos de la presente tesis se aplicará un cuestionario de Escala Likert. El Capítulo V se expone los resultados hallados después de haber aplicado el instrumento, por ende, aquí hallamos el nivel de confiabilidad del instrumento, los gráficos de las variables, sus respectivas dimensiones, además del análisis detallado de cada uno de ellos y la prueba de hipótesis para determinar si aceptamos la hipótesis alternativa o la nula. El Capítulo VI se hace referencia a las discusiones, es decir, la comparación de los resultados obtenidos en la presente tesis con otras investigaciones relacionados con este tema de estudio realizados anteriormente. Finalmente encontramos las conclusiones y recomendaciones a la Institución Educativa Particular Jordán de Jesús.

ABSTRACT The present investigation comes to identify the problems that crosses the Peru with regard to the educational quality, which is a subject of vital importance because it involves the training of students at both the personal and academic, who were discharged to fit into society and shaping the economically active population. In many countries the educational institutions in both the private and the state are managed as enterprises, since they are service providers, why should direct their efforts to offer a quality education that not only meets the needs of the clients (students), but look for exceeding their expectations. Therefore, the directors, managers of educational institutions need to know administrative issues and quality management that allows them to direct your institution as an organization. This thesis is intended to find to what extent the educational management influences the quality of service provided to the secondary level of the Particular educational institution “Jordán de Jesús” in the Callao and is formed by five chapters, namely: In the Chapter I develops the introduction, which includes the reality problematic in that details the problems that in one way or another affect the current situation, the formulation of the problem to investigate, the justification, that is the reason for performing this research, the limitations that were presented and the main objectives and specific, which addressed this thesis. Chapter II refers to the theoretical framework, in which we find the background both national and international, the theoretical bases and the definition of basic terms. This chapter allows us to analyze other investigations that relate to the problem presented, whose purpose is to guide the development of this research will also be carried out the detailed explanation of each one of the variables, its dimensions and other basic concepts and necessary to substantiate the results of this thesis. In Chapter III we find the formulation of the hypothesis both general and specific and the operationalization of the variables in the that define the variables of the study, we mentioned the dimensions, we propose the indicators and set the items, which will be the basis for the elaboration of our instrument of collection of information that will allow us to find a solution to our problem of research. In Chapter IV we find the materials and methods, which include the type of research design, the study materials, techniques, procedures and instruments to apply, for the purposes of this thesis is applied a questionnaire of Likert Scale. Chapter V exposes the results found after having applied the instrument, hence, here we find the level of reliability of the instrument, the graphs of the variables, their respective dimensions, in addition to the detailed analysis of each one of them and the hypothesis test to determine if the alternative or null hypothesis is approved. Chapter VI refers to the discussions, that is, the comparison of the results obtained in this thesis with other research related to this subject of study carried out previously. Finally, we find the conclusions and recommendations to the Particular educational institution “Jordán de Jesús”.
