Modelo EOQ para reducir los costos de inventarios en la empresa Clasa S. A. C., Trujillo 2018

Abstract

La presente tesis tiene por objetivo determinar el impacto de la aplicación del Modelo de inventarios EOQ y obtener la demanda anual pronosticada para la empresa Clasa SAC, que permitan la reducción de los costos de inventario y mejorar el control de inventarios. Según la necesidad de la empresa, se aplicó la herramienta de clasificación de Inventarios ABC, determinando los materiales de mayor importancia de acuerdo a su valor en el inventario. Luego de la aplicación de esta herramienta y metodología se evalúa la propuesta, de la implementación del Modelo de inventarios EOQ calculando los indicadores tales como el nivel de reposición (ROP), el stock de seguridad y el costo total de inventarios, el cual nos permitió obtener una medición objetiva sobre el beneficio percibido. Es por ello que, mediante este estudio, se implementó el modelo de Cantidad Económica de Pedido (EOQ), que tendrá como objetivo reducir los costos totales de inventarios y por consiguiente realizar un análisis que ayude a la gerencia de la empresa Clasa SAC., a tomar decisiones adecuadas en base al manejo de estos inventarios. La aplicación del Modelo EOQ propuesto para la empresa Clasa SAC permitió reducir los costos de inventarios en un 58% del sistema actual de inventario, equivalente a un ahorro de S/ 9,052.68.

The objective of this thesis is to determine the impact of the application of the EOQ Inventory Model and obtain the predicted annual demand for the company Clasa SAC, which will allow the reduction of inventory costs and improve the control of inventories. According to the need of the company, the ABC Inventory classification tool was applied, determining the most important materials according to their value in the inventory. After the application of this tool and methodology, the proposal for the implementation of the EOQ Inventory Model is evaluated, calculating the indicators such as the replacement level (ROP), the stock of security and the total cost of inventories, which we allow obtain an objective measurement on the perceived benefit. That is why, through this study, the model of Economic Quantity of Order (EOQ) was implemented, which will aim to reduce the total costs of inventories and therefore carry out an analysis that helps the management of the company Clasa SAC., A make appropriate decisions based on the management of these inventories. The application of the EOQ Model proposed for the company Clasa SAC allowed to reduce the inventory costs in a 58% of the current inventory system, equivalent to a saving of S / 9,052.68.
